196+ lounge @ EXPO REAL

Expo Real is Europe’s most important real estate fair and takes place at the Munich fairgrounds annually in early October – this year from 4 – 6 October.

Last year 196+ events took over the organisation for the former “hotel lounge” of PKF hospitality group and celebrated a huge success with all co-exhibitors. With approximately 370 sqm the 196+ lounge will be the largest meeting place for hotel, living, tourism & leisure at EXPO REAL. The core idea behind the 196+ lounge is providing a great networking spot with a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our co-exhibitors and partners. This year again major hotel groups and young concepts joined our stand and we will provide them a dedicated home base for all their meetings.

During the fair you will find potential business partners for the full real estate life cycle at our booth: project developers and project managers, investors and financiers, property consultants and agents, architects and planners, corporate real estate managers, development managers, as well as representatives of tourism & development authorities.
