Highlights of the 196+ spotlight serviced living 2022
With over 60 participants from the serviced living industry, the second edition of our 196+ spotlight serviced living took place as a live event at the Student Hotel Vienna. During various panel discussions the participants got insights into the new trends in Modern Senior Living and the latest developments in Co-Living concepts. Experts like Jan Garde, Founder & Chairman of The Embassies of Good Living, Christina Kainz, Co-Founder of Lively and Yianni Tsitouras, Co-Founder & CEO of POHA House shared deep insights into their living concepts. Start-up Founders Reinier Van der Veeken, Founder of Tur Experiences, and Marco Höglinger, CEO and Founder of AWAYO, shared their visions and concepts for the future of living. Hands-on was the motto of this edition. After the input from various experts, all participants brainstormed about opportunities and challenges in the guest journeys of serviced living concepts.

Our guests love to connect – and so do we! Every 196+ event is well known for its networking opportunities and that is what we appreciate. During last year’s event the Espresso Bar was the spot to meet and to mingle.
